WIL offers career counseling to high school and undergrad students, to help them unleash their leadership potential and aim in the right direction for their careers.

Mentorships

The best way to learn is to have a good mentor. With full belief in this statement WIL brings together emerging leaders with established ones so the young leaders can learn from the experience and the know-how of the people that made it in the leadership community.

Internships

WIL helps its participants and alumni to find internships according to their areas of interests, including government institutions, civil society, academia, international organizations, and private companies.

Fellowships

WIL helps its participants and alumni to find fellowships of their interest and offers fellowships to professionals in the field of leadership and education. We believe that being exposed to different institutions and network with fellow professionals is very important for building your leadership skills and the network of leadership community.
