Careerathon

November 23 – 25, 2019

Washington Institute for Leadership is organizing its second careerathon, a bootcamp for university students, undergraduates and graduates, to help them with career counseling, internships, fellowships, and mentorship. This 3-day bootcamp will be focused on careers in government, think tanks, international organizations, and consulting. The participants will have a chance to hear from industry professionals in different fields, and prepare an application-ready portfolio to apply to internships/fellowships of their choice. The participants will have a chance to take advantage of Washington Institute for Leadership’s strong international network, network with participants from different regions and schools around the nation, and learn from experts in the field who will disclose different career opportunities.

Requirements

All applicants need to apply in order to be considered. We ask the participants to tell us why do you want to be a part of this careerthon? And, tell us where (which program) do you aim to apply for an internship/fellowship?

We accept the participants on rolling basis. The number of participants is limited to 15. Apply early to reserve your spot.

Price

WIL Careerthon will be covered by generous donations from WIL sponsors. WIL will be responsible to cover the program fees, speakers, trainers, and promotional materials. WIL does not cover accommodation, food, and travel expenses.
