WASHINGTON INSTITUTE FOR LEADERSHIP:
- Brings together emerging leaders with the established ones, to learn from each other’s experiences, needs, and vision. The emerging leaders will have the ability to learn from the established leaders, while the latter will be able to learn the vision and the upcoming leadership trends from the former.
- Establishes a network of young leaders, who will share experiences, expertise, opportunities, and enhance collaboration between each other, making use of different backgrounds and their potential.
- Helps individuals, institutions, companies, and organizations to develop their leadership skills either individually or in groups.
- Designs, develops, and implements custom made programs as needed by the third party. We analyze, plan, and manage the whole process from identifying the needs to uncovering the potential, and finally develop the correct training program for the leadership skills needed.
Follows up with the participants as part of its lifelong learning initiative, to make sure that the foreseen goals are reached, to be there in case they need help, as well as to establish the network of emerging leaders, where everyone can be a leader by providing others with help, advise, access, and share experiences.
